Fabric Information

We handpick all our fabrics to ensure we only use the very best. We also make sure all our upholstered products conform to the very strict UK standards for domestic fire retardancy.

From time to time, our sofas may have a slight chemical smell when first delivered. This is due to the special flame-retardant coating. This is perfectly normal and will soon disappear within a couple of days, although in very rare cases, it can take up to 1-2 weeks.

Our fabrics don't much care for the sun, so please be mindful to keep them out of direct sunlight or heat.

Some of our sofas have removable covers. Please don't put them in your washing machine; we advise these should be cleaned in situ by a specialist dry cleaner.

Dust can make the fabric look tired and old. By hoovering your sofa with a soft brush attachment, you can remove the dust and dirt and bring the fabric and colour back to life. Please take care with hard plastic nozzles, as these can leave marks on velvet and other upholstery. If your velvet is looking a little too crushed, then you can buy a velvet brush to bring the pile back to life.

Leather Care

Leather is a fantastic material, but be sure to look after it. Our leather doesn't like belt buckles and sharp objects, and neither does it really care for the sun. We also advise not sitting on light-coloured leather with dark jeans or dark denim.

Blot rather than rub any spillages with a dry absorbent cloth, and don’t use any specialty cleaning products.

Inside Your Cushions

To keep our foam and fibre cushions at their squishy best and help them maintain their shape, just give them a plump now and then.

Delivery Expectations

We always suggest you double-check the dimensions before placing your order. That way you will have the peace of mind that our delivery team will be able to fit your new settee through your front door. Please also be mindful of any tight hallways, stairs, or landings. Have a clear pathway; if you have to take a few pictures off the wall, it’s always better than them getting damaged.

Our delivery team will contact you directly to arrange a date. They will place items into your desired room. All your items will be shipped together once everything is ready to go. As we offer FREE delivery on our items, we would have to add a small fee if you need to split delivery if some items are in stock and others are on order. Re-arranging Your Delivery

We would need 48 hours' notice to re-arrange a booked delivery. Please email and make contact with our delivery company directly using the method they have booked your delivery.

Please be advised that if our delivery partners are unable to deliver the product due to size restrictions, or you are not home on the arranged/pre-booked delivery date, you will be charged a re-delivery fee or a return fee.

Warranty Information

What is the warranty for my new sofa?:

We offer a 12 months manufacturer warranty with all our products.

Payments Accepted

What payment methods do you accept?:

We accept all major debit + credit cards or the option for Klarna via our website. We also offer interest free payments with Buyline Finance Ltd.

How do I pay off my finance?:

At any time during the period of your finance agreement you can choose to settle the outstanding balance in full. This will need to be arranged directly through the finance provider as we do not hold any details of your finance agreement.

How will I know if I have been accepted for finance?:

After your finance agreement has been submitted, Buyline will email you with a decision within 48 hours.

When do my payments start?:

Your payments will only start after you have taken delivery of your furniture. The date of your monthly payment will have been agreed in advance by you and the provider.
